Wire Mesh Welding Machine Introduction:

Welding mesh width from 1000mm to 3000mm. Max mesh length up to 12m. The wire mesh welding machine adopts power electronic synchronous control technology, welding time and separate control welding are managed by automatic control system, human-machine interface, intelligent operation, humanization. Separate the welding transformer to reduce the requirement of power transformer.

Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:

1. The control panel is more intelligent, very easy to operate. (Panasonic PLC program)

2. The line wires should be inserted into slot tunnels (cast iron material), suitable for different wire diameter.

3. The cross wires are fed from cross wire feeder, controlled by step motor.

4. Pure red copper (upper) and chromised bronze (lower), durable.

5. Clutch motor and helical gear reducer connect the principal axis directly, welding stable.

6. Casting water-cooling welding transformers, high efficiency. The welding degree is adjusted by PLC.

7. Panasonic (Japan) servo motor+planetary reducer and SMC (Japan) air cylinders for pulling mesh.

8. The cable drag chain is Igus brand, imported from Germany, not easily hang down.

9. The longitude wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut.

10. The line wires are inserted into the slot tunnels manually.

11. The cross wire are put into the cross wire storage hopper feeder, which is controlled by step motor, The storage hopper can load max 1.5 tons rebars. Save labor strength.
