The mesh pulling system is controlled by Panasonic servo-motor supporting planetary reducer drives pneumatic clamping mesh pulling device to ensure the stability of the system and the standard size of the welded mesh.Automatic reciprocating mesh drawing can realize the production of lengthening size mesh.
7. The reinforcing steel bar mesh welding machine equips with 32 pieces of typical and efficient water-cooling welding transformers, The capacity of welding transformer is 160KVA*16PCS (32 pcs of welding electrodes) ——every two welding electrodes need a water cooling welding transformer. The water-cooling welding transformer with epoxy resin are adopted, which is smaller in size and higher welding capacity in safety and reliability than traditional transformers.
